Of course, we hope that you are pleased with your purchase. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, you may of course return the item to us.
Please follow the following steps:
1. Check immediately on receipt of the product if it is delivered undamaged and complete. If not, please within 24 hours of receipt, contact the webshop: 0162-315609 or email@example.com. We then work with you to an appropriate solution.
2. Should you wish to return the product then this only if:
• the product is returned according to returnform;
• the product is in undamaged, original packaging;
• the product is complete, unused and undamaged;
• the return postage is prepaid. Unstamped shipments will be refused;
• the enclosed return form is completed.
3. Pack the product well, so that the original packaging remains undamaged.
4. Add the completed returnform in the package.
5. Send the package to: ADRERS Laren (NH).
6. Your product is further treated in most cases on the day of arrival. If applicable, the replacement product is shipped a day later.
7. Shipping costs are credited only after written or personal approval, by bank transfer.
8. In case of refund of the return value:
• We will refund your full purchase price (excluding shipping) within 10 days if your return meets the above conditions.
